Civic Responsibility. The City appreciates that City employees are occasionally required to perform civic duties that may interfere with their scheduled workday. This Section addresses how the performance of civic responsibilities shall affect the employee’s work schedule, pay and use of leaves.
Civic Responsibility. 27.1.1 After 90 days from date of hire an employee shall be paid at the basic wage rate for excused time off during the formally scheduled work day because of jury duty. Employees engaged in jury duty shall, while temporarily excused from attendance in court, report for scheduled duties during scheduled time. 27.1.2 Any employee shall be paid at the basic wage rate for excused time off during the formally scheduled work day because of appearance before constituted authorities on behalf of the Company.

Any employee with less than 14 days notice shall be returned to the home reporting location for participation in voting at public polls upon request entered reasonably in advance. Such transportation shall be on paid Company time, but actual voting shall be accomplished on the employee’s personal time.
Civic Responsibility a) Civic responsibility time off without loss of pay will be granted when necessary for mandatory court appearances and voting or when selected for jury duty. b) The Employer will reimburse employees scheduled to work for the difference between any fees or monies (not including per diems for meals and accommodation) she might receive in fulfilling her civic responsibilities.

  • Joint Responsibility If the Seller determines that the Interface Problem is attributable partially to the design of a Warranted Part and partially to the design of any Supplier Part, the Seller will, if so requested by the Buyer, seek a solution to the Interface Problem through cooperative efforts of the Seller and any Supplier involved. The Seller will promptly advise the Buyer of such corrective action as may be proposed by the Seller and any such Supplier. Such proposal will be consistent with any then existing obligations of the Seller hereunder and of any such Supplier towards the Buyer.   • Specific Responsibilities Without limiting the responsibilities of the Manager, the Manager will: 1. Maintain office facilities (which may be in the offices of the Manager or a corporate affiliate but shall be in such location as the Trust reasonably determines). 2. Furnish statistical and research data, clerical services and stationery and office supplies. 3. Compile data for, prepare for execution by the Fund and file all the Fund’s federal and state tax returns and required tax filings other than those required by this Agreement to be made by the Fund’s custodian and transfer agent. 4. Prepare compliance filings pursuant to state securities laws with the advice of the Trust’s counsel. 5. Prepare the Trust’s Annual and Semi-Annual Reports to Shareholders and amendments to its Registration Statements (on Form N-1A or any replacement therefor). 6. Compile data for, prepare and file timely Notices to the SEC required pursuant to Rule 24f-2 under the 1940 Act. 7. Determine the daily pricing of the portfolio securities and computation of the net asset value and the net income of Fund in accordance with the Prospectus, resolutions of the Trust’s Board of Trustees, and the procedures set forth in EXHIBIT A: NET ASSET VALUE CALCULATIONS. 8. Keep and maintain the financial accounts and records of the Fund and provide the Trust with certain reports, as needed or requested by the Fund. 9. Provide officers for the Trust as requested by the Trust’s Board of Trustees. 10. Perform fund accounting services for the Fund as set forth in EXHIBIT B: FUND ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS. 11. Generally assist in all aspects of the operations of the Fund.
