Common use of City Project Manager Clause in Contracts

City Project Manager. The duties of the City Project Manager are to (i) ensure that the Company delivers all requirements and specifications in the Contract; (ii) coordinate the City’s resource assignment as required to fulfill the City’s obligations pursuant to the Contract; (iii) promptly respond to the Company Project Manager when consulted in writing or by E-mail with respect to project issues; and (iv) act as the City’s point of contact for all aspects of the Products/Services including contract administration and coordination of communication with the City’s staff. The City shall be allowed to change staffing for the City Project Manager position on one (1) business day’s notice to the Company. 9. DUTY OF COMPANY TO IDENTIFY AND REQUEST INFORMATION, PERSONNEL AND FACILITIES.
