Common use of Children’s Services Clause in Contracts

Children’s Services. In order for this Contract to be valid and enforceable, it must be signed by the County Administrator, and by an authorized agent of Vendor’s Name. This Contract is effective as of this 1st day of July, 2021, between the Xxxxxxxxx County Department of Children’s Services (“the Buyer”) and vendor name (“the Provider”), and shall expire at the close of business on 30th day of June, 2023.
