Common use of CHECK-OFF UNION DUES Clause in Contracts

CHECK-OFF UNION DUES. ‌ The Corporation agrees to deduct from every employee any monthly dues, initiation fees, or assessments levied, in accordance with the Union by-laws, and owing by him/her to the Union. Deductions will be made from the first pay cheque of each month; and shall be forwarded to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union not later than the 25th day of the month in which deductions have been made accompanied by a list of all employees from whose wages the deductions have been made.
