Common use of CHECK-OFF UNION DUES Clause in Contracts

CHECK-OFF UNION DUES. 5.01 The Employer agrees to deduct, from every employee, the amount of monthly dues uniformly levied in accordance with the by-laws of the Union and owing by the employee to the Union. Deductions shall be made from each pay and shall be forwarded to the Union on the 15th day of the month following the month for which the dues are deducted, accompanied by a list of all employees from whose wages the deductions have been made.
