CHARITABLE DONATIONS POLICY. Contractor represents and warrants that it has reviewed the Treasurer's policy entitled "Charitable Donations Policy xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/Inside-The-Department/OpenGovernment/Pages/Department- Policies.aspx. Neither Contractor nor any of its officers, partners, principals or affiliates has made on or after December 1, 2009, or will make, any charitable donation in excess of $150.00 as a result of a direct or indirect solicitation by an employee of the State of North Carolina.

CHARITABLE DONATIONS POLICY. As part of its overall mandate to support community and sustainable development, the Trustee provides financial support or other in-kind contributions to eligible organizations as a means of facilitating initiatives or programs that support the pursuit of sustainability generally or that more directly support the goals of the Trustee and the Trust in the development of the UniverCity project as set out in this Charitable Donations Policy. This Charitable Donations Policy governs the relationship of the Trust and the Trustee to charities and other organizations which are not of a political nature and do not have a political affiliation. The relationship of the Trust and the Trustee to charities and organizations which are of a political nature or have a political affiliation is set out in the Public Affairs and Government Relations Policy at C.9 of this Manual.

  • Charitable Donations Employee donations to charity funds shall be on a strictly voluntary basis.

  • Donations It is recognized that the Employer may sponsor donations to worthy charitable organizations. However, no employee shall be required to make contributions nor shall any employee be told a specific amount he should contribute. There shall be no compulsion with regard to such contributions.

  • What Are the Qualifications for Charitable Donations The Pension Protection Act of 2006 allows Xxxx XXX holders who are RMD age or older at the time of a distribution to annually exclude qualified charitable distribution amounts up to $100,000 per year from gross income. The provision was made permanent by the PATH Act of 2015. A qualified charitable distribution must be made payable directly to the qualified charity as described in Section 170(b) of the Internal Revenue Code. Distributions from SEP or SIMPLE IRAs do not qualify for this type of designation.

  • Blood Donations An employee may be granted leave with pay, up to a maximum of two (2) hours, for donating blood during regularly scheduled hours of work.

  • Charitable Contributions Make any charitable or similar contributions, except in amounts not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) individually, and twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) in the aggregate.

  • University Policies Contractor shall, at no additional cost to the University, comply with all policies and procedures of the University. Current policies are available at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/ and include without limitation, the University’s smoking policy available at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/2011/06/02/smoking/. In the event the University establishes new policies or procedures following execution of the contract, or makes modifications to policies or procedures in existence at the time of contract execution, Contractor shall comply with such new or modified policies or procedures upon written notice.

  • Nations People 6.1 The Employer, Employees and the Union recognise the significance of First Nations People in the State of Victoria.
