CHANGES AND DELETIONS. The Customer agrees to provide PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE to the Utility of any changes in telephone number, mailing address, email address or additions and deletions to Exhibit A, Service Property Locations. By signing this Agreement as the Customer, the undersigned is authorized to start or stop Energy Services, make additions or deletions of Properties to this Agreement and to enter into this Agreement. Other persons authorized to act on behalf of the Customer under this Agreement are shown on Exhibit B which may be amended by Customer upon receipt of written notice by the Utility.

CHANGES AND DELETIONS. Purchaser may at any time, by written order, make changes in quantities or in drawings and specifications, require additional work or direct the suspension or omission of work covered by this Purchase Order. If such changes cause an increase or decrease in the amount due hereunder or in the time required for performance, an equitable adjustment shall be made and this Purchase Order shall be modified accordingly by appropriate change order.

  • ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS Additions to and deletions from the Approved List may be made from time to time by the Trustee upon the written recommendation by the Advisor, or on the Trustee’s own initiative. In lieu of deleting a security entirely, the Trustee may restrict further purchases of such security or direct a reduction in the holdings thereof. A security once deleted from the Approved List shall not thereafter be added to the Approved List without a new approval by the Trustee.

Any alterations, additions, or deletions to the terms of this Agreement, which are required by changes in federal or state law or by regulations, are automatically incorporated without written amendment hereto, and shall become effective on the date designated by such law or by regulation.

  • Amendments - Changes/Extra Work The Subrecipient shall make no changes to this Contract without the County’s written consent. In the event that there are new or unforeseen requirements, the County has the discretion with the Subrecipient’s concurrence, to make changes at any time without changing the scope or price of the Contract.‌ If County-initiated changes or changes in laws or government regulations affect price, the Subrecipient’s ability to deliver services, or the project schedule, the Subrecipient will give County written notice no later ten (10) days from the date the law or regulation went into effect or the date the change was proposed and Subrecipient was notified of the change. Such changes shall be agreed to in writing and incorporated into a Contract amendment. Said amendment shall be issued by the County-assigned Contract Administrator, shall require the mutual consent of all Parties, and may be subject to approval by the County Board of Supervisors. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Subrecipient from proceeding with the work as originally set forth or as previously amended in this Contract.
