Change Order Record Keeping. The cost of CHANGES as reported in the change order shall be determined on the basis of reasonable direct costs and savings of supplying the CHANGES. VENDOR shall keep and present, in such form as DISTRICT may prescribe, an itemized accounting of such costs and savings with appropriate supporting documentation.
