Common use of Change of Master Rotation Clause in Contracts

Change of Master Rotation. Revisions to any Master schedule shall be brought to a scheduling sub- committee of the Hospital Association Committee for discussion. Master schedules on a unit may be changed if sixty-six percent (66%) of the nurses on the unit so indicate by secret ballot conducted jointly by the hospital and the union. The sub-committee shall consist of two (2) members each from the Hospital and the union and shall meet as deemed necessary by HAC.
