Change of Account Holder. If you require your account to be changed into the name of another person, you can do so by having you and the new account holder complete the Account Holder Change Form (which will attract an administrative fee as set out in our Schedule of Fees and Charges). You will remain liable for your obligations under our Agreement up to the date that we acknowledge acceptance of the change of account holder. The new account holder will be required to agree to be bound by this Standard Form of Agreement prior to the transfer being accepted by Xxxx Internet.

You may terminate an individual account by giving written notice. We reserve the right to require the consent of all owners to terminate a joint account. We are not responsible for payment of any check, draft, withdrawal, transaction, or other item after your account is terminated; however, if we pay an item after termination, you agree to reimburse us.

  • Change of Control Benefit Upon a Change of Control, the Company shall pay to the Executive the benefit described in this Section 2.4 in lieu of any other benefit under this Agreement.
