Change of Account Either party may change its account for receiving a payment or delivery by giving notice to the other party at least five Local Business Days prior to the scheduled date for the payment or delivery to which such change applies unless such other party gives timely notice of a reasonable objection to such change.
Change of Control Agreement Except as expressly amended herein, all of the terms and provisions of the Change of Control Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Termination of Account We may terminate your account at any time without notice to you or may require you to close your account and apply for a new account if: (1) there is a change in owners or authorized signers; (2) there has been a forgery or fraud reported or committed involving your account; (3) there is a dispute as to the ownership of the account or of the funds in the account; (4) any checks or drafts are lost or stolen; (5) there are excessive returned unpaid items not covered by an overdraft protection plan; (6) there has been any misrepresentation or any other abuse of any of your accounts; or (7) we reasonably deem it necessary to prevent a loss to us. You may terminate an individual account by giving written notice. We reserve the right to require the consent of all owners to terminate a joint account. We are not responsible for payment of any check, draft, withdrawal, transaction, or other item after your account is terminated; however, if we pay an item after termination, you agree to reimburse us.
Change of Control Benefit Upon a Change of Control, the Company shall pay to the Executive the benefit described in this Section 2.4 in lieu of any other benefit under this Agreement.
Suspension/Termination of account If your right to use the card is suspended or your card account is terminated, we may at our option and without prejudice to any of our rights and remedies, stop paying the said instalments for you, or bill the aggregate sum of the remaining instalments to you forthwith.
Change of card account number (a) We may at your request or at any time without incurring any liability or giving any reason, and upon giving you notice, change your card account number; and issue a replacement card; and transfer the total outstanding balance and all credits (if any) from your original card account to the new card account. After we have given you such notice, you must immediately return to us the card cut in half.
CHANGE OF BENEFICIARY 18.1 The policyholder has the authority to appoint another beneficiary during the life of the insured person.. However, if the beneficiary has declared, with the written consent of the policyholder, that he accepts the benefit of the contract, the policyholder can exercise his rights under the contract only with the cooperation of the beneficiary, who has so accepted. The change will take effect from the moment that the insurer has noted this on the policy.
