Common use of Change of Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Change of Accommodation. It is possible for operational or disciplinary reasons that we may need you to move to other Accommodation. Unless it is an emergency, we will give you not less than 1 Week’s written notice. Discussing this Agreement As this Agreement is made between you and us, we are only able to discuss concerns directly with you and not with a third party, unless you authorise this in writing. Part-Catered Students Food is not provided to part-catered students during the University vacations, on Bank Holidays or on our University Closure Days.
