Certifications, Licenses, Permits and Professional Associations. (a) Regular employees who have passed their probationary period who are required by the Employer to maintain membership in a professional association as a condition of their employment or to hold and maintain accreditation or permits shall be reimbursed such costs to maintain their accreditation or permits upon presentation of proof of payment.
