Certification and Compensation. Teachers employed for the instruction of summer school classes must be certified by the Indiana Department of Education and will be issued a Supplemental Service Teacher’s contract. The Teacher will be paid according to the Superintendent’s recommendation based upon the teacher’s current hourly rate.
