Supplemental Service definition

Supplemental Service means electric energy or capacity delivered under normal conditions by the Company to meet the Customer’s load in addition to capacity and energy which is being supplied by the Customer’s Alternative Source of Power.
Supplemental Service means electric energy or capacity supplied by the Company in addition to that which is normally provided by the Customer's own generation equipment.
Supplemental Service means electric energy or capacity supplied by the Authority in addition energy and capacity which is normally provided by the customer’s own generation equipment.

Examples of Supplemental Service in a sentence

  • The Architect shall provide the listed Supplemental Services only if specifically designated in the table below as the Architect’s responsibility, and the Owner shall compensate the Architect as provided in Section 11.2. Unless otherwise specifically addressed in this Agreement, if neither the Owner nor the Architect is designated, the parties agree that the listed Supplemental Service is not being provided for the Project.

More Definitions of Supplemental Service

Supplemental Service means service before 1987 that was subject to the Collective Agreement but was not Covered Employment and that a Participant purchased in accordance with Appendix B.
