Common use of Certificates of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (ai) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (bii) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Restatement Effective Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)this Agreement.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from signed by the insurer or an independent insurance broker agent authorized to bind the insurer dated as of the Closing Date, or within 15 days prior thereto, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the Borrowers' insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)coverage.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (ai) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of this Credit Agreement and the Security Agreements Mortgages and (bii) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements Documents and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)) showing the Agent as additional insured or loss payee, as applicable.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying its insurers, types of insurance, and insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (ai) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (bii) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer); provided that the requirements of this Section 12.11(ii) may be satisfied by the delivery of such certified copies on or before January 31, 1998.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Effective Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements Section 8.7 and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore therefor signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (ai) a ------------------------- certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (bii) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent Agents shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of a date no more than five days prior to the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements Agreement and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (ai) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained and naming the Agent as loss payee and additional insured in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (bii) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)this Agreement.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from signed by the insurer or an independent insurance broker agent authorized to bind the insurer dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the Borrowers' insurance obtained coverage and naming the Agent as loss payee and additional insured as further provided in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)Agreement.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of on or before the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements Agreement and certifying that the Borrower and the Agent shall be named additional insured under the umbrella insurance policy of Bangor, as the case may be, and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore therefor signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, remaining the Agent as loss payee and additional insured, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)Agreements.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of within one (1) week prior to the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements this Agreement and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from signed by the insurer or an independent insurance broker agent authorized to bind the insurer dated as of the Closing Date, or within 15 days prior thereto, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the Borrowers' insurance coverage obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)Agreement.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)Credit Agreement.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (ai) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing requiring the insurance obtained in accordance with issuer to give the provisions Agent at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of the Security Agreements cancellation of any insurance, and (bii) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements this Credit Agreement and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore therefor signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)Agreement.

The Agent shall have received (ai) a certificate certificates of insurance from an the Borrowers’ independent insurance broker brokers dated as of the Closing Restatement Effective Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, , and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements this Agreement, and (bii) certified copies of all endorsements to the Borrowers’ policies evidencing such insurance (naming the Agent, in its capacity as Agent, as additional insured or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)Lenders’ loss payee, as applicable.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a ------------------------- certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

The Agent shall have received (ai) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, or within 15 days prior thereto, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements Loan Documents and (bii) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore therefor signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from signed by the insurer or an independent insurance broker agent authorized to bind the insurer dated as of the Closing Date, or within 15 days prior thereto, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the Borrower's insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)coverage.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (ato the extent not previously delivered on the Effective Date) (i) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Exit Facility Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Security Agreements Agreement, naming the Agent as loss payee and additional insured, as applicable, and (bii) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate certificates of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing DateEffective Date or such earlier date as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer)obtained.

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (ai) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of the Closing Date, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements Agreement and (bii) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).

Certificates of Insurance. The Agent shall have received (a) a certificate of insurance from an independent insurance broker dated as of a date acceptable to the Closing DateAgent, identifying insurers, types of insurance, insurance limits, and policy terms, and otherwise describing the insurance obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Security Agreements and (b) certified copies of all policies evidencing such insurance (or certificates therefore signed by the insurer or an agent authorized to bind the insurer).
