Certificate of employment. When the employer or a salaried employee has terminated the employment, the salaried employee has the right to receive a certificate of employment, showing - the time that the salaried employee has been employed, - the work assignments performed by the salaried employee, and - if the salaried employee so requests, an evaluation of the manner in which the work has been carried out.
