Dispose or Disposal. “Dispose” or “Disposal” means the final disposition of Garbage at a 262 permitted Landfill or other permitted Solid Waste Disposal Facility, as defined in California Public 263 Resources Code 40192.
Dispose or Disposal. Dispose or Disposal shall mean the discharge, deposit, injection, dumping, spilling, leaking, or placing of any Solid Waste or hazardous waste (whether containerized or non-containerized) into or on any land or water so that such Solid Waste or hazardous waste or any constituent thereof may enter the environment or be emitted into the air or discharged into any waters, including groundwater. Contractor shall Dispose of materials at a Disposal Site.
