CDBG Requirements. (a) Borrower shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the CDBG Funds as set forth in 24 C.F.R. Part 570, including the requirements of the Regulatory Agreement and CDBG Project Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the Loan funds, the applicable laws and regulations govern.
