Catch Monitoring. All Participating Vessels shall hail “trip end” to the Sector Manager and weighmaster company prior to landing to allow the weighmaster to attend and witness all offloading and shall conform to all requirements of Exhibit E – Dockside Monitoring Plan.

Catch Monitoring. All Participating Vessels shall hail “trip end” to NMFS and the Sector Manager.
Catch Monitoring. To enable each Member and the Cooperative to monitor other Members' compliance with the Act and this Agreement, each Member hereby agrees to carry the number and type of NMFS-certified observers required by law aboard each of its Vessels participating in the Bering Sea/ Aleutian Islands fisheries during the term of this Agreement, and to report each Vessel's catch on a daily basis to both the NMFS Observer Program and the Monitoring Service. Each Member agrees that absent manifest error, the catch data produced for the Cooperative by the Monitoring Service shall be presumed accurate, and that each Member's obligations under this Agreement and all related documents may be enforced to their fullest extent on the basis of such data.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Project Monitoring The Developer shall provide regular status reports to the NYISO in accordance with the monitoring requirements set forth in the Development Schedule, the Public Policy Transmission Planning Process Manual and Attachment Y of the OATT.

  • Patch Management All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 22 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 23 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have critical security patches applied, with system reboot if 24 necessary. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation 25 timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable 26 patches must be installed within thirty (30) calendar or business days of vendor release. Applications 27 and systems that cannot be patched due to operational reasons must have compensatory controls 28 implemented to minimize risk, where possible.

  • Monitoring In each case in which the Foreign Custody Manager maintains Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager, the Foreign Custody Manager shall establish a system to monitor (i) the appropriateness of maintaining the Foreign Assets with such Eligible Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the custody arrangements established by the Foreign Custody Manager with the Eligible Foreign Custodian. In the event the Foreign Custody Manager determines that the custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian it has selected are no longer appropriate, the Foreign Custody Manager shall notify the Board in accordance with Section 3.2.5 hereunder.
