Career Ladder Planning Committee. A Committee, including four (4) Professional Employees selected by the LEA, including the LEA President, and four (4) administrators selected by the Superintendent, including the Superintendent, will be established for the purpose of reviewing and recommending a compensation structure consistent with the Career Ladder Appropriation.
