CANDIDATE DATA. 8.1 Acolyte shall, in providing access to the Application and in preparing Intelligence Reports and Insight Reports, comply with Data Protection Legislation and with its Data Protection & Privacy Policy relating to the privacy and security of the Candidate Data, which is available on the Acolyte website. Acolyte reserves the right to amend its policies as required.

CANDIDATE DATA. The Parties acknowledge and agree that, in connection with Tech Ladies’ provision of Services, Tech Ladies will disclose or otherwise make available to Client certain TL Information related to Candidates that is subject to laws, regulations and/or legally binding decisions governing the collection, use, protection and disclosure of such information (such information, hereinafter “Candidate Personal Data”). The Controller-To-Controller Data Processing Addendum available at this URL: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/dpa (the “C2C DPA”), which is hereby incorporated by this reference herein, shall govern the processing and transfer of Candidate Data for purposes of this MSA. For purposes of the C2C DPA: (a) the applicable data subjects are the Candidates; (b) the applicable personal data is name, contact information, employment history, education information and other personal or professional information of Candidates (no sensitive information will be transferred); (c) the frequency of transfer is continuous; and (d) the nature and purpose of the processing shall be as set forth in the License and Usage provision above.
