Common use of Campus Level Clause in Contracts

Campus Level. There shall be established a committee at each campus to be known as the Campus Labor/Management Committee. Each committee shall be comprised of six (6) members, three (3) appointed by the Employer/University Administration and three (3) by the Union. The position of chairperson shall alternate between the campus administration and the Union, and the committee shall meet every other month, or more frequently by mutual agreement. The purpose of the committee shall be to discuss matters of concern to the campus administration and/or the Union. Either party may submit items for the agenda to the chairperson at least one
