Sound Level. Company will take all reasonable measures to reduce to a minimum vibrations that may cause damage to any equipment, structure, building or portion of any building whether on the Premises, Common Use Areas, or located elsewhere on the Airport, and to keep the sound level of its operation as low as possible.

Sound Level. Mechanical or Electrical devices which produce sound must be operated so as not to prove disturbing to other Exhibitors. The Organiser reserves the right to determine the acceptable sound level in all such instances and to require the removal of any such devices.

During the event, Applicant shall restrict the use of loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and other means of broadcasting such that the sound produced by these and similar devices cannot be heard outside of the Community Rooms. In addition, Applicant shall ensure that the combined level of sound produced by the total of Applicant's attendees does not exceed sound levels typical of an office setting.
Sound Level. Exhibits which produce or amplify sound must be conducted or arranged so that the noise resulting from the demonstration will not annoy or disturb adjacent Exhibitors or their visitors. Show Management deems that any audio equipment, whether in the booth or as part of the display, may not exceed a sound level of eighty-five (85) decibels. In the event that sound exceeds eighty-five (85) decibels or is determined, by Show Management, to affect neighboring exhibitors negatively, the offending exhibitor may be notified and asked to comply with the guidelines. Further action (outlined in the Display Rules & Regulations) will be taken if offending exhibitors does not comply.
Sound Level. The hirer will ensure that activities do not breach in any way the provisions of the Environment Protection Xxx 0000, nor any other leglislation or regulation limiting noise which may apply to the premises.
Sound Level. Licensee’s Event may not exceed a maximum level of One Hundred Ten (110) decibels measured 60 feet away from each stage. Failure to cure each incident of sound level non-compliance within five (5) minutes of notification by a City designee will result in a fee of $1,000.00 per each incident.
