Common use of CalOMS Clause in Contracts

CalOMS. CONTRACTOR shall complete a CalOMS encounter and a CalOMS admission 7 record in IRIS within seven (7) calendar days of Client admission. CONTRACTOR shall complete a 8 CalOMS discharge record in IRIS within seven (7) calendar days of Client discharge. CONTRACTOR 9 shall run a CalOMS error report and correct any errors within two (2) business days of submitting the 10 CalOMS admission or discharge, and continue to recheck until error free. Per DHCS requirements, 11 CalOMS data submission is required for all participants who are enrolled in the program, including 12 those that are not funded under this agreement.
