Callback Provision. ‌ An employee who is called back to work by the Employer outside her normally scheduled working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of two hours of overtime at the rate of 1½x. She shall be compensated from the time she leaves her home to report for duty until the time she arrives back home while proceeding directly to and from work.
