CALL IN AND REPORTING PAY. (a) Any employee for whom no work is provided, shall receive not less than two (2) hours pay at the regular straight time hourly rate, but not less than four (4) hours pay at the regular straight time hourly rate for employees who commence work, and straight time hourly pay for the actual hours worked exceeding four (4) hours. This provision shall not apply where the employee is provided with notice of no work prior to the completion of the previous day’s shift.
