CALL IN AND REPORTING PAY. 17.01 A nurse who is called in other than at the commencement of a regular shift or reports to work at the commencement of a regular shift for which she/he is scheduled, unless otherwise notified by the Centre, shall be provided four (4) hours’ work or a minimum of four (4) hours’ pay at the nurse’s regular rate of pay unless otherwise qualifying for overtime pay.
