Common use of Call Back Clause in Contracts

Call Back. Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift they shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours of work or three hours pay minimum, at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) their regular hourly earnings. Where call-back is immediately prior to the commencement of their regular shift the call-back pay will only apply to the point of commencement of a regular shift at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) after which they shall revert back to the regular shift.

Call Back. (a) Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift they shall receive a minimum of three four (34) hours of work or three four (4) hours of pay minimum, at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½1-1/2) their regular hourly earnings. Where full-time employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift shift, and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift shift, they shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours of work work, or three hours pay minimumof pay, or a combination thereof, at the an overtime rate of time and one-half (1 ½) their regular hourly earnings. Where call-back is immediately prior to the commencement of their regular shift the call-back pay will only apply to the point of commencement of a regular shift at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) after which they shall revert back to the regular shiftpay.

Where employees are called An Employee who agrees to a call-back to work after having completed a completion of their regular shift and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift they shall receive be paid a minimum of three (3) hours of work or three hours pay minimum, at the applicable hourly wage rate of time and one-half (1 ½) their regular or shall receive the applicable hourly earningswage rate for actual hours worked, whichever is greater. Where call-The minimum call back allowance will not apply if the call back is immediately prior to continuous with the commencement of their regular Employee's shift starting time at which time the call-back pay will only apply to the point of commencement of a regular shift at the straight time hourly rate of time and one-half (1 ½) after which they shall revert back to the regular shiftbegins.

Call Back. Where callCall-back time shall be divided equally among the employees who are willing and qualified to perform the work that is immediately prior to the commencement of their regular shift the call-back pay will only apply to the point of commencement of a regular shift at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½) after which they shall revert back to the regular shiftavailable.
