Common use of Bypass Clause in Contracts

Bypass. J.2.1. Where the Customer disconnects its facilities from the Transmitter’s connection facilities in the circumstances described in section 11.2.1 of the Code, the Customer shall pay bypass compensation to the Transmitter, determined in accordance with section 11.2.1 of the Code.
