Bylaws Adopted. A t the first meeting o f the Directors o f the JPA, the Directors shall adopt and/or promulgate bylaws for the operation of the JPA. These bylaws shall be subject to amendment from time to time as provided for in the bylaws.

Bylaws The bylaws of Merger Subsidiary in effect at the Effective Time shall be the bylaws of the Surviving Corporation until amended in accordance with applicable law.
