Repealer. In the event the Family and Medical Leave Act is repealed, then this section of this Article shall, as of the date of repeal, no longer be in force and effect.
Repealer. All bylaws, orders and resolutions or parts thereof, inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed to the extent only of such inconsistency. This repealer shall not be construed as reviving any bylaw, order, resolution or ordinance or part thereof.
Repealer. All ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the 7 provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
Repealer. To the extent that any ordinance, resolution, rule, order or provision of the City’s Code of Ordinances or any part thereof is in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall be controlling.
Repealer. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are to the extent of such inconsistency hereby repealed.
Repealer. In the event that the Family and Medical Leave Act is repealed, then the provisions in this contract pertaining to the Family and Medical Leave Act shall, as of the date of repeal, no longer be in force and effect, in whole or in part, except those leaves that had already been approved.
Repealer. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent 18 with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
Repealer. To the extent that any ordinance, resolution, rule, order or provision of the Village's code of ordinances, or any part thereof, is in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall be controlling, to the extent lawful.
Repealer. All motions, orders, resolutions and parts thereof, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
