Business Travel. The Company and Executive recognize that it may periodically be necessary for Executive to travel on behalf of the Company. The Company agrees that whenever Executive is required to travel a distance in excess of that which may be reached within three hours or more by regularly scheduled commercial air carriers, the Company will pay for Executive to travel in business class or better.
