Business Overviews. Regularly scheduled quarterly meetings will be held between the 18 Company and the Union to share information about Company business plans such as workforce 19 planning, business outlook, facility and safety issues, subcontracting, surplus activity, employment 20 of contractors, and other areas of interest as agreed to by the parties.
