Building Representative Leave Clause Samples

The Building Representative Leave clause allows designated representatives, such as union or employee organization officials, to take time off from their regular duties to perform official functions related to their representative role. This leave may be used for activities like attending meetings, participating in negotiations, or handling grievances, and is typically subject to advance notice and approval by the employer. Its core function is to ensure that employee representatives can effectively fulfill their responsibilities without penalty, thereby supporting fair labor relations and communication between management and staff.
