Builder’s Risk Prior to Completion. Prior to completion of the construction of the Project as certified by the City, the Redeveloper shall keep in force at all times builder's completed value risk insurance against all risks of physical loss, including collapse, covering the total value of work performed and equipment, supplies and materials furnished for the Project. Such insurance policies shall be issued by companies satisfactory to the City and shall name the City as a coinsured. All such policies shall contain a provision that the same will not be cancelled or modified without prior 30-day written notice to the City.

Builder’s Risk Prior to Completion. Prior to completion of the construction of the Redevelopment Project as certified by the Village, the Developer shall keep in force at all times completed builder’s risk insurance against risks of physical loss, including collapse, covering the total value of work performed and equipment, supplies, and materials furnished for the Redevelopment Project (including onsite stored materials). Such insurance policies shall be issued by companies and in amounts satisfactory to the Village. All such policies shall contain a provision that they will not be canceled or modified without 30 days’ prior written notice to the Village.

  • Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.

  • CONTRACTOR’S INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS The insurance requirements of this Contract are set forth in Appendix J and, if applicable, Appendix J.1.

  • Project Completion The Project and the Work are complete.

  • Tenant’s Compliance With Landlord’s Fire and Casualty Insurance Tenant shall, at Tenant’s expense, comply with all insurance company requirements pertaining to the use of the Premises. If Tenant’s conduct or use of the Premises causes any increase in the premium for such insurance policies then Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any such increase. Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, shall comply with all rules, orders, regulations or requirements of the American Insurance Association (formerly the National Board of Fire Underwriters) and with any similar body.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Upon completion of the Project the Recipient shall make a full and complete accounting to the OPWC of the Eligible Project Cost.

  • Contractor Insurance Requirements When performing Work on property in the care, custody, or control of the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall maintain all commercial general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and any other insurance the Judicial Council deems appropriate under the Agreement. Upon request from the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall furnish an insurance certificate evidencing required insurance coverage acceptable to the Judicial Council. The Contractor may also be required to have the Judicial Council shown as an additional insured on selected policies.

  • COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT Section 3.01 The Project

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.
