Insurance Endorsements The insurance policies shall contain the following provisions, or Consultant shall provide endorsements on forms supplied or approved by the City to add the following provisions to the insurance policies:
Builder’s Risk Insurance Contractor shall provide a Builder’s Risk Policy to be made payable to the Owner and Contractor, as their interests may appear. The policy amount should be equal to 100% of the Contract Sum, written on a Builder’s Risk “All Risk”, or its equivalent. The policy shall be endorsed as follows: The following may occur without diminishing, changing, altering or otherwise affecting the coverage and protection afforded the insured under this policy:
Certificate of Insurance/Endorsements A certificate of insurance from an insurer with a Best's rating of no less than A- indicating compliance with the required coverages has been received by the Department’s Contracts Management Bureau, X.X. Xxx 000000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000. Builder’s Risk additional provisions The insurance specified shall be maintained in force until final acceptance of the project by the State.
Additional Insured Endorsements An original Additional Insured Endorsement, signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the City of Sparks, by attachment to the Certificate of Insurance, to evidence the endorsement of the City of Sparks as additional insured.
Additional Endorsements The Auto and Commercial General Liability Policies shall name the Texas A&M University System Board of Regents for and on behalf of The Texas A&M University System as additional insured’s.
Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement Contractor and its insurer agree to waive their rights of subrogation for any payments made under this coverage. A policy endorsement at least as broad as the unmodified NCCI Waiver of Our Right to Recover From Others endorsement WC 00 03 13 04/84 or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage is required waiving the insurer’s right to recover payments from the City.
