Insurance Policy Endorsements. Each insurance policy shall include the following conditions by endorsement to the policy:
Insurance Policy Endorsements. Attached hereto as Appendices E and F, respectively, are true and correct copies of the endorsements to the Risk Default Insurance Policy and VSI Insurance Policy required by the Standard Terms.

Seller shall have delivered to Purchaser amendments, discovery endorsements or other similar instruments from the applicable insurance company confirming the existence as of the Effective Time of the Excess Coverage required under Section 10.7 (to the extent such coverage is not already provided for under the terms of the applicable policies).

Insurance Policy Endorsements. 1. The Commercial General Liability policy shall contain or be endorsed to contain the following: The County, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers are covered as additional insured’s on the CGL policy with respect to liability arising out of work performed or operations performed on behalf of Contractor including materials, parts, or equipment furnished in connection with such work or operations. For any claims related to this contract, the Contractor’s insurance coverage shall be primary insurance as respects the County, its officers, employees and volunteers. Any insurance or self insurance maintained by the County, its officers, employees and volunteers shall be excess of the Contractor’s insurance and shall not contribute with it. The insurance afforded by this policy shall not be cancelled except after thirty days prior written notice by certified mall return receipt has been given to the County. (Note: We recommend contractor’s insurance carrier insert the language above into ISO form 20 10 11 85; or if that form is not available, later additions editions of ISO forms CG 20 10 and CG 20 37. We will also accept a Blanket Additional Insured Endorsement, as long as it provides coverage equal to coverages noted in Section A1 above and all items listed in Section B above.)
Insurance Policy Endorsements. To the extent of their express obligations to Indemnify the other Party under this Agreement (and to no greater extent), each Party shall arrange for their respective Insurance Policies covering or supporting their Indemnity obligations under this Agreement to be endorsed to (i) name Company Group or Stratum Group (as applicable) as additional insureds (other than Worker’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability), (ii) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of the additional insureds and their insurer(s), and (iii) be primary as to any other insurance policies (including any deductibles or self- insured retentions) and self-insurance which may provide coverage in favor of the additional insureds.
Insurance Policy Endorsements. Each insurance policy obtained under this Article 8 shall provide, and include an endorsement to the effect, that its cover shall not lapse or be terminated, suspended or altered until thirty (30) days after the relevant insurer has given notice to that effect to the Manager at the Resort and to the Owner at its address as stated in this Agreement (or such other address as it may from time to time notify to the relevant insurer for such purpose).
