BREEDING RESTRICTIONS Clause Samples
The Breeding Restrictions clause sets limitations on the breeding of animals covered by the agreement. Typically, it may prohibit the owner from breeding the animal without prior written consent or may specify conditions under which breeding is allowed, such as age, health, or registration requirements. This clause is designed to control the quality and lineage of offspring, prevent irresponsible breeding, and protect the reputation and interests of breeders or organizations involved.
