Break in Service with Two Years of Service. (1) If a Lecturer who has completed two consecutive years of service in the unit and whose name appears on the reemployment roster is reemployed after an absence of no more than one year, she/he shall be included in the bargaining unit upon reemployment. During the year of no employment, she/he shall maintain her/his position on the reemployment roster that was in effect prior to the break in service.
