Boxes Clause Samples

The "BOXES" clause defines the use and significance of boxed sections within a contract or agreement. These boxes are typically used to highlight key terms, obligations, or disclosures, making them more visible and accessible to the parties involved. For example, a box might be used to draw attention to important payment terms or liability limitations. The core function of this clause is to ensure that critical information is clearly presented and easily noticed, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or claims that a party was unaware of essential contract provisions.
