Body Armor In recognition of the need to enhance the personal safety of security personnel at DHMH and Correctional Facilities, the parties agree that non-probationary security personnel who have contact with forensic patients and/or inmates should generally have the opportunity to have individually fitted stab proof vests and, in addition, individually fitted bullet proof vests will be provided to officers on an “as-needed” basis. The sharing of vests shall not be considered an acceptable practice and vests may transferred from employee to employee only if such vests are a proper fit and are appropriately sanitized in accordance with practices necessary to eliminate the risk of the spread of MRSA and other communicable diseases. The parties agree to meet and agree to policies, including any limitations or exclusions, for the provision of stab proof vests to correctional officers and security attendants by January 31, 2008. Anti-Doping I understand and agree that the UCI Anti-Doping Rules and U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) Protocol apply to me. I agree to submit to drug testing. If it is determined I may have committed an anti-doping rule violation, I agree to submit to the results management authority and processes of USADA or the results management authority of the UCI and my national federation. I agree that arbitration is my exclusive remedy under the above rules.
Public Body Insurance If Grantee is a “public body” as defined in ORS 30.260, Grantee agrees to insure any obligations that may arise for Grantee under this Grant, including any indemnity obligations, through (i) the purchase of insurance as indicated in Exhibit C or (ii) the use of self- insurance or assessments paid under ORS 30.282 that is substantially similar to the types and amounts of insurance coverage indicated on Exhibit C, or (iii) a combination of any or all of the foregoing.
Travelling, Transport and Fares (a) An employee required and authorised to use their own motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be paid not less than the allowance set out in item 21 in Table 2.
Authorised Users individuals who are authorised by the Institution to access the Institution's information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication and who are affiliated to the Institution as a current student (including but not limited to undergraduates, postgraduates and guest students), member of staff (whether on a permanent or temporary basis including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches Authorised Users) or contractor or registered user of the Institution. Persons who are not currently a student, member of staff, contractor or registered user of the Institution, but who are permitted to access the Institution's information services from computer terminals or otherwise within the physical premises of the Institution ["Walk-In Users"] are also deemed to be Authorised Users, only for the time they are within the physical premises of the Institution.
DRUG ABUSE DETECTION AND DETERRENCE 2.18.1 It is the policy of the City to achieve a drug-free workforce and workplace. The manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, sale, or use of illegal drugs or alcohol by contractors while on City Premises is prohibited. Contractor shall comply with all the requirements and procedures set forth in the Mayor’s Drug Abuse Detection and Deterrence Procedures for Contractors, Executive Order No. 1-31 (the “Executive Order”), which is incorporated into this Agreement and is on file in the City Secretary’s Office.
