BOARD RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. 4.1 Unless otherwise modified by this Agreement, all the customary rights, powers, functions and responsibilities of the University shall be retained by the University and, in its discretion, may be exercised by the Board acting directly or through its authorized agents, including University Officers of Administration.
