BOARD AND SUPERINTENDENT RIGHTS. 4.01 The Board, on its own behalf and on behalf of the District, and the Superintendent hereby retain and reserve unto themselves all powers, rights, authority, duties, and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in them by the laws, rules, regulations, and Constitutions of the State of Florida and the United States except as modified by the specific terms and provisions of this Contract.
