BILLING AND SCHEDULE. Detail description of billing by hour, session, project, etc.,.. Vendor shall provide the Scope of Services at the rate of $ per hour for approximately ( ) hours a week. (LANGUAGE BELOW IN THIS #3 IS OPTIONAL IF INVOICING AND PAYMENT NOT DONE ON 30 DAY CYCLE UNDER SECTION 3 OF THE AGREEMENT) The Vendor shall be paid within ( ) days of completion upon the completion of each session unless there is a dispute as it pertains to the Scope of Services as set forth in Section 3 (Compensation and Billing) of the Agreement and/or the Vendor is in default as set forth in Section 20 (Termination and Default) of this Agreement. If the line provided herein is blank as it pertains to date of payment to the Vendor by the Coalition, the Vendor shall be paid upon submission of an invoice to the Coalition the manner as set forth in Section 3 (Compensation and Billing) of the Agreement. In the event there is a conflict between Section 3 of Exhibit A of this Agreement and Section 3 (Compensation and Billing) of this Agreement in terms of the time of invoicing and payment, Section 3 of Exhibit A of this Agreement shall prevail. Except as stated herein, all other matters concerning compensation and billing hereunder shall be as set forth in Section 3 of this Agreement.

BILLING AND SCHEDULE. Vendor shall:  Provide the Scope of Services at the rate of $350 per observation for a total amount not to exceed Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty dollars ($33,950)  Submit timely invoices for payment to the Coalition for documented completed observations to Coalition by the 5th day of the month following services. An observation shall be considered complete when the observation has been accurately entered and documented in WELS. In the event there is a conflict between Section 3 of Exhibit A of this Agreement and Section 3 (Compensation and Billing) of this Agreement in terms of the time of invoicing and payment, Section 3 of Exhibit A of this Agreement shall prevail. Except as stated herein, all other matters concerning compensation and billing hereunder shall be as set forth in Section 3 (Compensation and Billing) of this Agreement.

  • Hours of Work and Scheduling Provisions (b) In the event an Employee is scheduled to work on the evening or night Shift(s) on the day(s) or the night Shift commencing on the day(s) on which the Employee is called as a juror or witness in matters arising out of the Employee’s employment with the Employer, the Employee shall be granted a leave of absence for those scheduled Shift(s).

  • Annexes, Appendices and Footnotes The annexes, appendices and footnotes to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND SCHEDULING 15.01 The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any bi-weekly period.
