Bilingual Counselor. A bilingual counselor will provide culturally sensitive assessment, individual, group, and family counseling. Case records will indicate the number of sessions provided and the type (group, family and individual). One hundred percent (100%) of the youth receiving counseling will have a treatment plan developed and/or receive referrals for other general support services.
