Benefits Eligibility and Plan Options. 1) Permanent full-time employees shall be eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage the first of the month following thirty (30) days of eligible service. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits will be paid at 100% of the city contribution for those employees who are considered permanent full-time employees regularly working at least seventy-two hours per pay period in a benefits eligible, budgeted position.
