Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Amendment shall be and become effective as of the date hereof (the "Fourth Amendment Effective Date") when all of the conditions set forth in this Part 3 shall have been satisfied, and thereafter this Amendment shall be known, and may be referred to, as the "Fourth Amendment".
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Amendment shall become effective as of the first date (the “Fourth Amendment Effective Date”) on which each of the following conditions shall have been satisfied:
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Amendatory Agreement shall become effective on the date first set forth above (the "Fourth Amendment Effective Date") when each of the conditions set forth in this Subpart 3.1 shall have been satisfied.
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. All of the conditions precedent set forth in this Section 2 shall have been satisfied effective as of the Fourth Amendment Effective Date.
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Amendment shall become effective as of the first date (the “Fourth Amendment Effective Date”) on which each of the following conditions shall have been satisfied (or waived by the Administrative Agent):
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Fourth Amendment (and the amendments and modifications contained herein) shall become effective as of September 1, 2018 (hereinafter “Fourth Amendment Effective Date”), when each of the conditions set forth in this Article III shall have been fulfilled to the reasonable satisfaction of Carrier and Receiver.
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Amendment shall be effective as of the earliest date (the "Fourth Amendment Effective Date") on which each of the following events shall have occurred:
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Fourth Amendment shall become effective as of December 30, 1999 (the "Fourth Amendment Effective Date") upon the earliest date on which the Buyer has received a copy of this Fourth Amendment, duly executed by all parties hereto.
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Amendment shall be binding upon the Administrative Agent, Borrower, and the Lenders on the last day (the “Fourth Amendment Effective Date”) upon which (a) counterparts of this Amendment shall have been executed and delivered to Administrative Agent by Borrower, Administrative Agent, and Requisite Lenders, or when Administrative Agent shall have received, telecopied, telexed, or other evidence satisfactory to it that all such parties have executed and are delivering to Administrative Agent counterparts thereof; and (b) Borrower shall have delivered to Administrative Agent copies (certified by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary of Borrower) of all corporate action taken by Borrower to authorize the execution, delivery, and performance of this Amendment.
Fourth Amendment Effective Date. Upon receipt by Agent of each of the following, this Amendment shall be deemed to be effective (the "Fourth Amendment Effective Date"):
