Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance (a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the Board, in each case without additional compensation.
Specific Duties Manager’s duties include the following:
Duties and Services Executive agrees to serve in the position(s) referred to in Section 2.2 and to perform diligently the duties and services appertaining to such offices, as well as such additional duties and services appropriate to such offices which the parties mutually may agree upon from time to time. Executive’s employment shall also be subject to the policies maintained and established by the Company and the Parent that are of general applicability to the Company’s and the Parent’s employees, as such policies may be amended from time to time.
Position Duties Responsibilities 3.01 It is contemplated that at all times during the Period of Employment the Executive shall continue to serve as a principal officer of the Company with the office and title of Vice President, General Counsel of the Company and continue to have duties and responsibilities commensurate with those duties and responsibilities imposed on the Executive immediately prior to the Effective Date.
Typical Duties 1. Supervises from three to ten designated employees by performing duties such as scheduling and co- ordinating work assignments, evaluating employee performance and determining related training and orientation requirements.
Position; Duties (a) During the Employment Term (as defined in Section 2 below), the Executive shall serve as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In this capacity the Executive shall have such duties, authorities and responsibilities commensurate with the duties, authorities and responsibilities of persons in similar capacities in similarly sized companies and such other reasonable duties and responsibilities as the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") shall designate. The Executive shall report directly to the Board. Job Duties It is understood by the parties that every incidental duty connected with operations enumerated in job descriptions is not always specifically described. Nevertheless, it is intended that all such duties shall be performed by employees.
Extra Duties The Trustee shall be entitled to refuse to approve any Substituted Obligor if, pursuant to the law of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the Substituted Obligor, the assumption by the Substituted Obligor of its obligations hereunder imposes responsibilities on the Trustee over and above those which have been assumed under this Trust Deed.
NON-TEACHING DUTIES The Board and the Association acknowledge that a teacher’s primary responsibility is to provide learning experiences and that his energies should be channeled into this responsibility to the fullest extent. Therefore, they agree:
