Basic Critical Illness. All regular employees, who have completed six (6) months of employment, will be eligible to apply for the Critical Illness benefit. This benefit is available for the employee only, or for the employee and their family. To qualify for coverage each employee and family member must submit satisfactory health evidence to Pacific Blue Cross for approval. If approved, the cost of such coverage shall be borne one hundred percent (100%) by the employee.
