Owner and Optionee shall advise each Qualified Appraiser in writing as to the status of the meet and confer process, including any items that have been agreed upon between the parties, and any items that are disputed. Owner and Optionee will provide the Qualified Appraisers any documentation requested necessary to perform the appraisals. Owner and Optionee may provide additional information to the Qualified Appraisers provided that any information provided by either party shall be provided to the other party and the other party's Qualified Appraiser.
